The city of Brive wanted to extend the fund set up in the framework of state funding (FISAC) which helped 2007 at 2013 accompaniment in renovations over 150 shopwindows.

Les travaux éligibles :

• Menuiseries (fourniture et pose) : remplacement, rénovation
• Masquage des linteaux par placage, plaster or wood strip

• Rénovation des façades en bois sculpté
• Clearing siding masonry by removing plating materials
• Dépose (sir emplacement) and supply and installation of signs : plaquées ou en drapeaux, lumineuses ou non
• Stores et bannes (fourniture et pose) : remplacement, new pose
• Intégration et ou dissimulation des canalisations, Technical cables and housings (type climatisation,…) apparents sur façade
• Lighting of the window : si l ’installation est réalisée dans une
  démarche d ’économie d ’énergie (cette démarche devra apparaître dans le devis)
• Or deletion and integration into the built volume of stairs projecting on public property, and accessibility work with disabled
• Dépenses de mise en oeuvre du chantier (échafaudages,
  enlèvement des gravats, etc. …)

WHO CAN BENEFIT ?

The beneficiary is the commercial agreement with the owner of the walls to carry out the work.

LES CONDITIONS D ’ACCÈS :
• Etre immatriculé
• Turnover lower 800 000 € HT/an
• v ente area below 300 m²

SONT EXCLUES :
• Les pharmacies
• Les professions libérales
• Branches and any institution engaged in an activity not of an independent character.

ATTRIBUTION DE L’AIDE

The s & rsquo device; applies to & rsquo; entire town of Brive. The amount of work is limited to 10 000 € HT. The d & rsquo record; aid must be filed 6 months at the latest after the engagement work.

• Perimeter of the town of Brive : 20 %
• Scope of Public d & rsquo concession arrangement : 30 %
• Perimeter of the historic center, façade on both d & rsquo; another boulevard : 40 %
• priority perimeter : Square Civoire, Republic street, Place Charles de Gaulle, Avenue Emilie Zola, Boulevard Voltaire, Brune neighborhood, Avenue Jean Jaurès : 45 %

The work must be completed within a period of & rsquo; 1 year from the date of & rsquo; attribution of municipal grant, by freely chosen building professionals. Grants are paid after completion of the work, on presentation of paid invoices, and after verification of their compliance to the original file by the front commission.
